TREATMENT PREPARATION:

✅ Unscrew the steam head and use the measuring cup to pour about 50ml of water into the tank

✅ Unscrew the head and switch on the appliance using the button

✅ After the sauna starts, the steam jet is ready after approx. 1 minute

✅ Simply position the sauna at a distance of approx. 20 cm from your face and relax

✅ Recommended treatment time is 10 minutes, can be done 2 to 3 times a week
