HOW TO USE:

1. Before measuring, relax and calm down
2. Put the arm band on your arm with the palm upwards, parallel to your heart
3. Keep the outlet tube parallel with the artery
4. Wrap the band tightly around the arm, fasten with Velcro
5. Leave room for one finger thickness
6. Hold the band parallel to your hand
7. Press the on/off button, relax and start the measurement
8. The result will be displayed after 40 seconds
